  My friends and I attend the NH Highland Games every year, and love staying at Deer Park. It's very central to the venue and is a beautiful resort. We love coming "home" at the end of the day and relaxing by a fire with friends. The only complaints I have about this particular unit is that there wasn't a blanket on the bed in the 2nd bedroom (just the bedspread, not a comforter) but that wasn't too a big deal at this time of year.

  This was our first time in Deer Park and we found the unit to be very comfortable, with plenty of room for the kids to spread out. I would come back again, maybe in the winter to enjoy the fireplace. Loved the view of the river.

  One suggestion would be to maybe change the mattresses, they were a little worn. Great place to stay!

  Overall we were very satisfied with the property. Only bad points were that none of the beds or the sofas were comfortable. Secondly there is no lift and though the appartment itself was very clean the stairs and hallway leading up to the appartment were filty with dead bugs and cob webs etc.

  the condo was a great place to stay at.i would definitely stay here again. the only problem i had with this particular unit was having 3 children,we should have been offered something on the ground level.people with children shouldnt be given a unit on the 3rd level.

  We always enjoy our stay at Deer Park. The kids have fun at the pool and pond. There are enough things around to keep everyone happy.
